Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of the business we do not offer refunds or returns on any purchases. This is because food items can not be resold. However, should you have a concern regarding the quality of your product or you feel your product is not in an edible or pleasing condition please return at least 75% of your uneaten product within 24 hours of collection/delivery at which point we will use our discretion to make an informed decision regarding a refund or replacement. We at Maria Dean Cakes prepare all of our products fresh to order and are confident you will be happy with your products 100% of the time.

Damages and Issues
Please thoroughly inspect your order upon collection or delivery and let us know immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Once you collect your product from us and you’ve inspected it and confirmed you’re happy with it, Maria Dean Cakes will take no responsibility for any damage or issues caused once you have left our property.
